• From I-40 East Bound (from Raleigh)
  · Follow I-40 into Wilmington (I-40 becomes College Road)
  · Take a right onto Market Street (Market St./Hwy. 17 S) – after the overpass, take the off-ramp to your right, then turn left at traffic light onto Market.
  · Stay on Market for several miles
  · Turn left onto 4th Street; follow 4th St. to Ann Street
  · Turn left onto Ann Street (this is a 1-way street)
  · At the end of the block, turn right into the Tileston Gym parking lot (just before you get to 5th Street).
   
• From Hwy. 17 South Bound (from Jacksonville, Morehead City, etc.)
  · Follow Hwy. 17 south until it merges with Market Street
  · Go straight on Market St. for 9-10 miles, until you reach 3rd Street
  · Turn left onto 3rd Street
  · Follow 3rd Street to Ann Street
  · Turn left onto Ann Street (this is a 1-way street)
  · Cross 4th street, & turn right into the Tileston Gym parking lot (in the second block, just before you get to 5th Street).
   
• From Hwy. 17 North Bound (from Myrtle Beach, Brunswick County, etc.) or
  From Hwy. 74/76 East Bound (from Lumberton, Whiteville, etc.)
  · Enter Wilmington via the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge
  · Turn left onto 3rd Street
  · Turn right onto Ann Street (this is a 1-way street)
  · Cross 4th street, & turn right into the Tileston Gym parking lot (in the second block, just before you get to 5th Street).
